"RPT" Strengthening and Conditioning Training builds strength along with a balanced fundamental start towards mobility and stability rather than a dysfunctional beginning.  If you are an athlete, or are someone who makes physical activity a regular routine, the repetitive build up in patterns and the impact that affect  how we perceive, understand, look, move, and feel. "RPT" helps create new habits to learn more about yourselves allowing workout programs innovation according to a science-based process for growth and function for forward advancement.

"RPT" provides you with on-going knowledge, self-awareness and understanding while applying new techniques of a customized fitness programs for mental and physical goals to give you freedom and confidence moving forward carrying on this lifestyle .
